ENT High-Frequency Physiotherapy System And Different Types Of Cutter Heads
The ENT high-frequency physiotherapy system is a specialized medical device used in the field of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) healthcare. It utilizes high-frequency electrical currents to deliver targeted therapeutic effects to the affected areas.
Introduction:
The ENT high-frequency physiotherapy system is designed to provide non-invasive and effective treatment options for various ENT conditions. It utilizes high-frequency electrical currents, typically in the range of 100 kHz to 10 MHz, to stimulate tissue and promote healing. The system consists of a generator, applicators, and control interfaces for precise and safe treatment delivery.
Principle:
The host of the cryogenic surgery system sends out a 100KHz low-frequency ultra-pulse current to act on human tissue through the electrodes. The ultra-pulse current continuously oscillates through the conductive medium (NaCl or cell electrolyte) to form a highly concentrated square wave plasma around the front end of the electrode. The plasma energy region produces a thin layer (50-100um) of highly oxidizing, highly vaporized plasma. The thin layer has enough energy to crush the organic molecular chains in the tissue, so that the molecules are separated and the volume of the tissue is reduced. No direct carbonization of tissue, very low tissue surface temperature (40-70%C), less indirect tissue damage, minimal thermal penetration, through intermolecular separation, tissue fixed-point cutting, ablation, hemostasis, coagulation, etc.
Applications:
Nasal and Sinus Disorders: The high-frequency physiotherapy system can be used in the treatment of chronic rhinitis, sinusitis, and nasal congestion. The electrical currents stimulate the nasal tissues, promoting better blood circulation and reducing inflammation.
Tonsillitis and Pharyngitis: The system can help alleviate symptoms associated with tonsillitis and pharyngitis, such as pain, inflammation, and difficulty swallowing. It stimulates the affected area, reducing swelling and promoting healing.
Otitis Media: In the treatment of otitis media, the system can aid in reducing pain and inflammation in the middle ear. It can also help improve fluid drainage and facilitate the healing process.
Tinnitus: High-frequency physiotherapy may be employed to alleviate symptoms of tinnitus, a condition characterized by a persistent ringing or buzzing sound in the ears. The electrical stimulation aims to modulate neural activity and provide relief from tinnitus symptoms.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation: The system can be utilized in the post-operative care of ENT surgeries, aiding in tissue healing, reducing swelling, and promoting overall recovery.
Thyroid cutting hemostasis ablation head, infusion of normal saline, lower temperature, more efficient hemostasis.
It is mainly used for excision of laryngeal hyperplasia, epiglottic cyst, papilloma, etc.
Bipolar cutter head, hemostatic ablation.
Spherical suction hemostatic cutter head, efficient combination of hemostasis and suction, fast, accurate and efficient hemostasis
·Suitable for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. During adenoidectomy, it is easier to touch the hyperplastic tissue at the posterior nostril, and the knife head is easy to bend.
It is suitable for tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. For the treatment of lesions in narrow areas such as UPPP, CAUP and nasal cavity, the diameter is thinner, which is more convenient for children to use.
It is mainly used for the treatment of early glottic laryngeal cancer and vocal cord polyps.
Mainly used for turbinate soft hiring uvula tonsil perforation ablation and UPPP surgery |
clinical scope Through the cutting, hemostasis, shrinkage and coagulation of soft tissues, it can treat various diseases in otolaryngology, head and neck surgery. |
Nasal sinuses Rhinitis ablation, turbinate hypertrophy ablation, soft hiring uvula ablation, cyst ablation. Plasma can cut hyperplastic tissues in the nasopharynx and throat, including: nasal tumors, nasal polyps, and other hyperplasia, etc. |
